I brought my vehicle to this shop because my A/C was not working. I was quoted approximately $2,100 to repair it. After the repair was completed, the A/C only worked for one day before failing again. I returned to the shop on a Wednesday under warranty. Instead of receiving a quick diagnosis, I was left waiting from approximately 10:20 AM until nearly 5pm At the end of the day, I was told that there were metal fragments throughout the A/C system and inside the evaporator in the dashboard. I was told the evaporator could not be cleaned and would need to be replaced. mind they double charged me for a condenser and expansion valve because the kit they bought includes 3 components (EKIT4713) The shop then attempted to charge me an additional $1,150 in labor, and 900$ parts on top of what I had already paid. When I explained that I could not afford the additional repair, I asked them to simply reassemble my vehicle so I could take it home and decide what to do later. I just had an alignment done here as a first time customer. Overall I had a good experience, but it was only saved by the owner and foreman. Beware of who’s working on your vehicle here. After pulling my vehicle onto the alignment rack, I literally watched a tech named Chris open my door straight into a ladder. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It did leave a small mark, luckily it is barely noticeable and won’t require repair. Of course, upon seeing this I immediately confronted Chris about what I’d just see him do. I asked him if he’d be the tech working on the car and he replied, and I quote, “I guess not now.” Yea, go figure. Absolutely zero apology or any kind of solution was provided and Chris proceeded to walk off, dismissing me and the situation entirely. It is very obvious that Chris either doesn’t care about other people’s expensive, brand new vehicles or that he doesn’t possess the basic intelligence required to look outside of the car at what is in the path of the door before opening it. Chi and dynasty auto are top notch. They aligned my mclaren 720s and afterwards we took it on a “spirited” test drive lol. It seems to have resolved my issue. But Chi let me know that if I’m still having the issue to come back and see him and we will get it figured out. Great shop that works on high end and everyday cars. Thank you Chi and the dynasty service team.

I did a track day with these guys at Jennings MotoGP March 22, 2026. The best ever track day I've been to. Extremely well organized, everybody was way cool, track was not overcrowded, and most of all a safe event. They really worked hard at balancing the number of riders between ride groups. You could tell that their man objective was to provide everyone with a great experience. I hope they invite me to their next event. Thank you so much for a great and safe track day.

I brought my Toyota GR86 to Dynasty Auto to have my BC BR Coilovers dialed in, including ride height, damper adjustments, and a costom alignment. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was very transparent and walked me through every adjustment while asking for my feedback to make sure the setup matched exactly what I wanted. One of their technicians—who owns 3 FRSs—even took the car out for a proper test drive to fine-tune the suspension. During the test drive they noticed the car pulled slightly left under braking. After inspecting it, they found the cause was a factory defect in the right-side lower ball joint I installed, not an installation issue. They took the time to explain the diagnosis clearly and showed me exactly where the problem came from. I also arrived about 30 minutes late to my appointment, but the team still stayed late to finish everything without any complaints. That level of professionalism and dedication really stood out. Great shop, very knowledgeable, and especially friendly for JDM enthusiasts. Highly recommend to any Brz/86 owner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience.
